Bid Good Bye to openSUSE-EULA

openSUSE adopt a new license that is based on the license used by Fedora. New license that will be used for the release of openSUSE 11.1. "Users do not need to approve the license. This is not a EULA, this license notice," said Joe Brockmeier, openSUSE Community Antara. This is an effort to make it easy to distribute openSUSE back and make modifications.
